Billy is a native of Decatur, Georgia. He was graduated from Georgia State University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
He spent ten years working with KPMG prior to joining the Firm in 1998. His main areas of audit concentration focus on not-for-profit organizations, institutions of higher education, and governmental entities.
Billy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, BKR International, Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of College & University Business Officers, and Southern Association of College & University Business Officers.
