E. Wayne Williams

Wayne is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was graduated from Virginia Polytechnic University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering degree. He attended the University of West Florida where in 1977 he was graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Accounting. In 1980, he received Honorable Mention on the National CPA Examination.

His experience includes 12 years with "Big Four" accounting firms and 11 years as shareholder or principal of "Top 25" Atlanta firms. His practice areas include real estate enterprises, tax exempt organizations, and service businesses. His technical specialties are pass-through entities (partnerships, limited liability companies, S corporations) and transactional planning (acquisitions, dispositions, entity formation and structures, and liquidations) including strategic income tax planning, analysis, reporting, and IRS and state representation. Wayne is the Firm's Director of Real Estate Services.

Wayne is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants where he is a member of the GSCPA Real Estate Section Leadership Team. Wayne is active with the Atlanta Area Council of the Boys Scouts of America and a recipient of the Silver Beaver Award for distinguished service to youth. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the University of West Florida Foundation.
