M. Susan Hill

Susan was born in Roanoke, Alabama and attended West Georgia College. She graduated in 1982 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.

She spent four years with the Internal Revenue Service as an examination agent and as a specialist in Employee Plans. In 1987, she joined Metcalf Davis as a senior in our Tax Department. After two years, Susan left to join the "Big Four" accounting firm of KPMG where she grew into the role as Partner, Southeast Practice Leader of the Compensation and Benefits Practice responsible for delivery of these services over a seven state area.

Her practice area comprises all areas of human resources, compensation, benefit matters, including qualified and non-qualified plans, compensation, and welfare and fringe benefit plan integration. She has been involved in forensic accounting matters providing litigation consulting and advice on compensation issues. Susan also works in the areas of business valuation and taxation.

Susan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and BKR International. In addition, she has served as Treasurer of the Partnership Against Domestic Violence in Atlanta, a non-profit for the support of women and their families in the effort to live violence free.
